Stress means that in simple words, physical and emotional stress in life. Stress is not what it was before. Civilization was from the earliest times. In ancient Ayurveda Scriptures mention various medicines to cure stress. Stress has increased so much around the world that heart attacks, exhaustion, high blood pressure have almost become epidemic. Doctors have named Stress as a proximal. Stress or strain is one of the major problems in everyday life of every person today. Most people are not able to enjoy their lives better because of the stress or extra strain, so many are opting for death in the end due to depression. The main residence of the tension is the mind. Subjective interest usually means tension. In this case, you have to fight with yourself. Too much anger, excessive selfishness or self-centered behavior or showing emotion is unnecessary and it is the primary signal of tension. You should not bend your nose at everything.
Some parts of the free tension can be disclosed to others. Tension can result in the following symptoms. 1) Lack of memory and mindfulness, loss of judgment, suffering from anxiety and depression all the time. 2) Pain, soreness, diarrhea, digestion, frequent urination, nausea, dizziness, chest pain, cold sore etc. 3) Eat more or less, excess sleep or insomnia, delay in all things, lack of responsibility, addiction, nail biting or that national practice. 4) When mood changes, restlessness, loneliness, exhaustion, sadness, headaches and feeling completely unhappy. Stressful may include the following diseases specially heart disease, hypertension, mood swing, headache, fatigue, exhaustion, migraine, insomnia, psoriasis etc. The way to avoid stress is to relax and to improve spiritually. The easiest way to relieve stress is to relax or meditate daily. As a result of relaxation or meditation, the following utilities can be noticed. 1) Reduces oxygen requirement of the body, lowers respiratory rate, increases blood circulation, and lowers heart rate. 2) Increases the body’s immune system, lowers ignorance, and strengthens the skin. 3) Sweat is reduced, headache is eliminated, confidence increases, memory is increased, creativity increases, endurance increases, restlessness goes away, judgment is increased. There are many simple ways to get rid of a horrible problem like stress, but there are many simple ways that you can get rid of these problems if you follow them properly. If you really want to be stress free in life, then you have to learn to say no today if you learn well to say this thing, then the stress on your 5% of your life will be completely reduced. While this may seem simple, it is not, in part, because there are many people who do not like to tell anyone. If they do not say it, then that person may get very upset. But in reality, people like this are all people who can speak clearly, so if you do not speak to your boss and your teacher in the face, then you will be in big trouble, so you do not use the word “no” in such a beautiful way. Make it clear to the mind that they understand that you are not ready to do that job. Well, never be so available to anyone so that you forget your personal freedom. For all, especially for the college students, the workforce is compulsory which will inspire everyone to think.
