There are two opinions about meditation. One is functional and the other is cognitive. In fact, attention is both functional and cognitive. That is to say, attention is an intellectual action, which is made possible by the fact that knowledge is implicit in the object. There are two aspects of meditation, namely, benevolence. As a result of good actions, we focus on one particular topic. And as a result of the negative action we take away from other objects. The focus on unwanted things against the will is called the unwanted attention. There are two types of memories. The first one is in order and the second is arbitrary. That which you have heard or seen is called precisely remembered memory and possesses the power of free memory. That is, unwanted memory is the hallmark of a higher level of memory. Remembering the names of people you know will make each person feel proud inside and your memory will increase. There are several mechanisms to increase memory, which apply to everyone and that are regular sports, exercise, eating nutritious food, adhering to hygiene, scheduling studies, sleeping regularly, etc. Memory  depends on desire, interest and inclination. Memory is a major step in achieving Vidya but not the purview of education. Memory is like a bridge that can be useful if there is something else to do.
